We’ve refined our process to make your project as smooth and stress-free as possible—from the first conversation to the final walkthrough. With clear steps, open communication, and thoughtful planning, we guide you through every phase so you always know what’s next.

First Contact with Customer

It all starts with a conversation. You can reach us through our contact form, by phone, or by email at any time. Whatever’s easiest for you. Once we connect, we’ll schedule a free on-site consultation to learn more about your space and your vision.

In-Person Design Consultation

On the scheduled day, our lead designer and head of construction, David Tingle, will meet with you on-site to walk through your space, talk through your goals, and answer any questions. We encourage you to bring along any inspiration photos, sketches, or ideas, as it’s a great way to bring your vision into focus. Appointments are scheduled in one-hour time slots to ensure there’s plenty of time to cover every detail, no matter the size or scope of your project.

Quote and Design

After your consultation, you’ll receive a digital quote and design within one week. Our line-item estimates make it easy to see every cost, so you can adjust the design or budget as needed, and revisions are always free! Once the design is in a good place and pricing is tentatively approved, we can provide 3D renderings to help you visualize the final space, whether or not you’ve officially committed to the project.

Customer Approval of Design and Quote

Once you’ve reviewed and feel comfortable with the design and pricing, we’ll move forward with your tentative approval. We understand that ideas evolve and we’re always happy to work with you on changes throughout the process to ensure your outdoor space turns out exactly how you imagined. Your vision is our priority, even if it shifts along the way.

Presentation and Acceptance of the Detailed Final Proposal

We provide a detailed scope of work that outlines the full construction process, including all agreed-upon design elements, materials, and pricing. Once you’ve reviewed and signed the final proposal, we’ll begin preparing for the next steps.

Initiation of HOA Approval / Permit Process

We handle all necessary county and city permitting on your behalf to keep things simple and stress-free. If your project requires HOA approval, we’ll provide any documentation or plans needed to help you meet their requirements quickly and smoothly. Track down your house location survey to ensure a smooth process!

Pre-Production Meeting

Our pre-production meeting is a chance to walk you through what to expect before construction begins. We’ll review the build schedule, answer any final questions, and offer helpful tips or suggestions to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow while we’re working on your property.

Final Build-Out: Our Pride & Joy
