- HOA cover letter detailing the project

The pricing for this service can vary from project to project because every project is unique and has different needs. If you do not reside in a HOA community, then city and/or county approval is all that is necessary to move forward with the project. However, each HOA has different rules for colors, exterior home improvements and various other improvements. If the HOA is particularly picky, you may experience a delay of completion as we work to ensure your project is within regulations from both the Home Owner’s Association and regional legal codes.
